Kate Burnett (CNC, CWCS, CPT, RYT) is a Functional & Sports Nutritionist, Certified Personal Trainer, and Co-Owner of Wilco Strength Lab. A multi-time World and National Champion equestrian, she brings elite-level insight into performance, strength, and sustainable training.
Kate specializes in helping women transform their health and and mindset through personalized strength training and functional nutrition. As a mother of three, she understands firsthand the evolving needs women face through pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, and beyond.
Her coaching philosophy is simple: meet women where they are and build a sustainable path toward strength, confidence, and lifelong wellness.
